Caitlyn Lipschitz, LPMFT
Caitlyn holds a master’s degree and a Limited Permit in Marriage and Family Therapy from Syracuse University, with advanced studies in Child Therapy. Caitlyn has experience working with individuals, couples, families, and children/adolescents, utilizing various system-based approaches. Her therapeutic methods are grounded in evidence-based practices that are person-centered, sexuality/gender-affirming, and empowerment-focused.
Caitlyn specializes in anxiety disorders such as Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Panic Disorder, OCD, Social Anxiety, and Phobias. She also addresses relationship issues, including infidelity, and helps clients develop coping skills, set boundaries, and engage in self-exploration. Additionally, she provides LGBTQIA+ affirming care and supports clients dealing with ADHD, life transitions, parenting (including co-parenting), and grief. Her training includes Treating Affairs and Trauma, integrating CBT, and Exposure & Response Prevention for Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Panic Disorder, OCD, Social Anxiety, and Phobias, an ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), along with advanced studies in Child Therapy.
